The mission of the American Lung Association of Alabama is to prevent lung disease and promote lung health through research, education, community service and advocacy. Our goals include reducing tobacco use, especially among young people; preventing and controlling air pollution; and providing education and funding research to make life more comfortable for people with asthma or other lung disease. The Lung Association is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that relies on donations of time, talent, and treasure from individuals like you.
